To sign up to an account click the key-symbol at the heading in the right-hand upper corner and then choose the option to sign up. You will need to use your work-email and provide a password for future access.
Once you have registered an account you can both review products and producers as well as submit quotation requests directly to the producers. Make sure that all contact details are correct, we might reach out to you in our verification process.
How do I review a Product or a Producer?
Do you like to share your experiences from specific products or producers? Much appreciated! Thanks to you, other educators will have more information when making important decisions.
From the product listing you can initiate the review which will have you (1) sign up or login to your account, (2) rate the producer by three parameters, and (3) review and rate the product itself.
Remember to follow our review guidelines which highlights our commitment to objective, factual and constructive feedback.
How do I submit a bid-request?
If you have found a product which you like, then add it to your comparison alongside 1-4 others to get an overview of how the different products compare to each other. From the comparison-page you can request a bid for a minimum of two products or maximum of five.
The process of requesting a bid starts with sign up or login to your account. You will be asked to fill out information necessary for us to validate your request as well as information necessary for the producers to answer your bid-request and give you a quotation.
Now lean back, relax and let us do the job for you! Within ten business days you should have a bid-summary detailing the different products, their prices and potential delivery dates. When you have decided which bid you want to pursue, just let us know and we will introduce you to the producer.

Our aim is to help educators to easily find the best technical training tools and engineering education equipment available on the market.
We are doing this by bringing information and transparency to improve decision making, and we offer tools to help educators save both time and money.
We make available different training products from different companies for search by keywords or product categories. Producers and their products can be reviewed and rated focusing on various parameters. Different products can be compared against each other and educators can request quotations directly from the producers which are returned in a comparable format.
Does EDQUIP sell the listed products?
No, we don’t sell products. We help educators in their search and exploration phase by listing products from different producers and allow customers to easily search and compare these products to eachother.
We also help customers to anonymously request quotations directly from the producers which come back in a fully comparable manner. For complete explanation of our services, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
How does EDQUIP respect my privacy?
When an educator puts in a bid-request we gather both “closed” and “open” information. The closed information (name, institution, contact details etc.) is used to determine that the bid-request is genuine, while the open information (product, country, education level etc.) is shared with the producers so they can respond to the bid-request and give an accurate price-quotation.
Once the educator has decided to pursue a specific bid and given its approval, we introduce them to the producer to proceed with the purchase, installation and training on their own. For more information about how we use your data, please refer to the Edquip Privacy Policy.
How does EDQUIP remain independent?
Our main goal is to bring transparency to the market, which is why we allow for any registered educator to write a product review and to rate different important product parameters. It’s also possible to rate producers on their support during pre-sales, installation & training, and after sales enquiries.
Our strict review guidelines highlight our commitment to objective, factual and constructive feedback. Any product reviews found not to meet our guidelines are subject to removal.
How do I start listing my products?

Once we have setup a producer profile for you, you can list your products, manage your online reputation and improve upon your company presentation. Through your producer dashboard you can respond to bid-requests and manage your company settings.
How do I respond to a bid-request?
Have you received a notification for a bid-request? Congratulations!
In order to respond to a bid-request you need to claim your producer profile, see how above. When you have logged into your producer dashboard you can find any unattended bid-requests as well as previously answered bid-requests with current status. To answer the bid-request simply click the button next to it and fill out the information requested.
Once submitted don’t forget to check when the customer is expecting to have an answer for you, we will keep you notified via email but for any immediate status report, just check back to your dashboard.
How do I list more products?
Decided to increase your reach by listing more products? Great!
In order to list products you need to signup for a producer profile, see how above. Once you have logged into your producer dashboard you can add more products. Newly added products will not immediately appear in the product catalogue since our team will first review and approve the listing. Please remember that our policy is to list complete systems, not sub-parts of system. For clarification don’t hesitate to contact us.

Your reputation proceeds you, if managed correctly it will increase your business.
Once you have logged into your producer dashboard you can find any products listed under your account and the product reviews under each product. Just click the button to answer review and remember that your answer will be public and is an important part of how you manage your online reputation.
