The Vibration Analysis Learning System with IFM technology offers a complete solution for vibration monitoring, conditional monitoring (condition-based monitoring based on vibration characteristics) and machine protection / process monitoring (monitoring vibration characterises in real time with very fast reaction, up to 1 ms). 

The system includes a powerful monitoring tool that can observe up to 24 objects ((indicators for different machine parts, vibration characteristics or process values) such as dynamic values within the time range (e.g. v-RMS to ISO) –dynamic values within the frequency range FFT or H-FFT (e.g. imbalance or rolling element bearing) and share information via Profinet.

The equipment includes one Siemens inverter for motor control and a table-top frame with start/stop button, 30mA protection fuse, ESD button and multiple power sockets.
