The system integrates CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS), Vision Inspection, Automated Assembly, Laser Engraving, Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), Collaborative Robot (Cobot), Industrial Robot with 7th-axis gantry, PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES, Industrial Networking, and Digital Twin technologies into one fully connected manufacturing environment.

A high-performance 7-Axis Industrial Robot mounted on a 4-meter gantry automatically performs machine tending, material handling, loading, unloading, and inter-station transfer across the complete manufacturing line. The integrated Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) with collaborative robot demonstrates flexible intralogistics, autonomous transportation, and collaborative manufacturing operations commonly used in modern smart factories.

The Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) manages intelligent storage and retrieval of workpieces, while dedicated Assembly, Vision Inspection, and Laser Engraving stations enable learners to understand complete production workflows including inspection, machining, quality control, traceability, and automated assembly.

Each manufacturing station operates independently for focused training or as part of a fully integrated Computer Integrated Manufacturing workflow coordinated through the Central Control Unit (CCU). The system supports industrial communication using OPC UA and Profinet while integrating PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES, and Digital Twin software for real-time production monitoring, virtual commissioning, and manufacturing optimization.

Compatible with Siemens Mechatronics Concept Designer (MCD), Siemens Tecnomatix, Siemens Opcenter, and Dassault DELMIA Apriso, the platform enables virtual commissioning, robot simulation, production planning, and digital manufacturing validation before physical implementation.
