The Spot Welding Robot Training Cell from Hytech Automation is an advanced industrial robotics training platform designed to provide hands-on experience in robotic spot welding, PLC-HMI integration, IIOT, Digital Twin technology, offline programming, and smart manufacturing applications.
The system replicates real industrial spot welding environments commonly used in automotive, white goods, heavy machinery, and sheet metal manufacturing industries. It enables learners to understand robotic welding operations, automation control, safety interlocks, welding quality, preventive maintenance, and Industry 4.0-based monitoring.
The training cell integrates a 6-axis industrial spot welding robot, spot welding gun, PLC, HMI, I/O-Link communication, smart light, modular welding tables, automatic tip cleaning station, water circulation system, and digital twin software into one complete industrial training setup.
The system includes four modular training tables made using industrial aluminium extrusions. These tables allow users to perform automated spot welding, horizontal welding, vertical welding, and practice-based welding applications while learning robot programming, job mounting, fixture design, and process sequencing.
