Overview
The VFD & Two Axes Plotter Training Kit from Hytech Automation is an advanced industrial motion control training platform designed to provide practical hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, AC Servo Motor, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), and industrial automation technologies. The system combines a precision two-axis plotting mechanism with VFD-controlled induction motor applications, enabling learners to understand real-world motion control and industrial machine automation.
The training platform integrates industrial PLC, HMI, servo drives, VFD, pneumatic actuation, digital readout (DRO), Industrial Edge IIoT, and precision linear motion systems to demonstrate coordinated motion, interpolated positioning, motor speed control, and industrial process monitoring.
The precision X-Y plotter uses AC servo motors with encoder feedback for accurate positioning, while the pneumatically actuated Z-axis enables automated drawing operations. A separate VFD module provides hands-on training in induction motor speed control, acceleration, deceleration, and parameter configuration using PLC and HMI.
