Hydrostatic steering system of tractor MTZ-80.1
Training laboratory bench NTC-15.39.6 “Hydrostatic steering system of tractor MTZ-80.1” is designed to study the structure of hydrostatic steering and the diagnostics of its technical condition.
The bench includes the front frame of the tractor with steerable wheels, hydrostatic steering, the information-measuring system and steering fault indicator. All the devices are mounted on a special frame. The hydraulic unit is implemented as a separate module.
The bench has a non-rigid configuration. The hydraulic circuit of the subsystem under study is assembled using flexible pipes with quick couplings. The bench simulates the cornering resistance of the steerable wheels.
The information-measuring system of the bench allows the user to read pressure, flow rate, time.
The training system is supplied with a set of methodical and technical documentation for teaching staff.
